"The strength of primary care lies in continuity and the patient-doctor relationship. I take pride in continually working on my listening skills. I enjoy partnering with patients to help them reach their health goals. I believe fitness is medicine. I try to use fitness, nutrition, sleep hygiene and self-care whenever possible as treatment. If that is not enough or not realistic right now, I promise to be judicious with my use of medications, testing, procedures or referrals." - Dr. Chris Johnson.
