Lauren Lenz joined Heartland Health Services in March of 2014 and served as Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2015, Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2016, and Vice President of Human Resources from 2016 through today. Mrs. Lenz’s work within the site includes finding the best fit for all positions and fostering a culture that strives for the best Quality of Patient Care. Mrs. Lenz began her interest in HR when first working at Caterpillar and still finds that her favorite part of working in HR and HHS is collaborating with the community and working with staff on development opportunities.
A native to Peoria, IL, Lauren completed her Bachelor’s degree at Eastern Illinois University and lives in Peoria with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys any time spent outside with her family along with participating in sporting activities to include volleyball, basketball, and softball.
