Mary Annen joined Heartland Health Services in 2007 and has worked in both office management and project management roles. She has previous experience in customer service, office management and as a release of information specialist and software applications instructor. Mary is trained as a Lean Agent and has trained employees at Heartland on Lean concepts and methodologies. As a Project Manager 2, Mary has led five capital expansion projects and multiple process improvement projects for Heartland. She also coordinates federal grant applications.
