2018 School Physicals and Immunizations – Backpack Peoria

Heartland Health Services is partnering with Peoria Public Schools for all student enrollment events! Backpack Peoria is Dream Center at 714 Hamilton Blvd, Peoria, IL 61603 -  Download the flyer.

Children attending this event will be able to get a same day physical and immunizations on a first come, first serve basis at the HHS East Bluff Location.

You must check in at the Heartland table at the registration hub.
