Heartland provides accessible services to the community we serve. We are now offering “Extended Hours” of service at our Carver location 8 AM – 6:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our East Bluff location now offers Walk-ins from 5PM – 8PM Mon-Thurs and Saturdays 9AM – 1 PM.

HHS East Bluff/After Hours has Walk-in Service Available. New Hours for East Bluff: Monday -Thursday 8 am - 8 pm, Friday - 8 am - 4:30 pm Saturday- 9 am - 1 pm.
