Our goal at Heartland Health Services is to remove inequities and barriers to health care, providing affordable, high-quality health services to improve the lives of all in our community. This means our clinicians and staff take a multidisciplinary approach to ensure patients overcome barriers that prevent their access to care. From primary care to behavioral health, women’s health services and other various specialty services, Heartland Health Services is championing our community to live their most healthy lives.
Inside the clinics, we are working hard to care for the whole patient while partnering with other healthcare providers in the Tri-County area to ensure our patients get the care they need to thrive. Outside of the clinics, our team assists patients with applying for healthcare coverage, social security benefits, Medicaid benefits, as well as ensuring our patients find resources for basic needs such as housing and transportation to appointments. Your donation helps make all this happen and more.
In fact, when our patients thrive, our community blossoms. The team at Heartland Health Services recognizes our patients as family and we support them in their mission to be their best, most healthy self.
But we can’t do it alone. It takes a village to ensure our patients get the care they need. And we do it all knowing our services may not be fully reimbursed.
