Mary Annen joined Heartland Health Services in 2007 and has worked in both office management and project management roles. She has previous experience in customer service, office management, a release of information specialist, and software applications instructor. Mary is trained as a lean agent and has trained employees at Heartland on lean concepts and methodologies. In addition to coordinating federal grant applications, she has led multiple capital expansion projects and process improvement projects for Heartland.
Mary has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, which is an acclaimed industry-recognized certification for project managers.
