After Hours Care is available, by appointment or walk-in, at Heartland Health Services - Knoxville. After Hours Care is open Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Care Outside of 9-to-5

At Heartland Health Services, we understand that health concerns don't always follow a 9-to-5 schedule. That’s why we are committed to providing accessible and reliable after-hours care for our patients. Our after-hours care services are designed to address non-emergency medical needs, offering guidance and support when you need it most.

If you require medical assistance outside of our regular office hours, please call our main line at (309)680-7600. Our experienced healthcare professionals are available to provide advice, answer questions, and direct you to the appropriate level of care. For urgent medical needs that cannot wait until the next business day, our team will help determine if a visit to an urgent care facility or emergency room is necessary.

At Heartland Health Services, your health and well-being are our top priorities. Our 24/7 Nurse Hotline connects you to knowledgeable and friendly nurses for advice about symptoms or medical issues. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
