Heartland Health Services (HHS) provides phone or in person assistance at our East Bluff site with getting insurance authorization for medications, or if the pharmacy needs additional verification. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, the dispensary technicians will help you apply for patient assistance if you qualify for discounted medications.
