Dr. Oliver-Payne joined the Heartland team in 2015. A proud University of Illinois graduate, she completed her medical education across multiple University of Illinois campuses. She is passionate about all aspects of women’s health and family planning and is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to patients at every stage of life. .
As a mother of two, Dr. Oliver-Payne has a particular interest in pregnancy, newborn care, and early childhood topics.
In her personal time, she enjoys scrapbooking, web surfing, and spending time with her husband and family.
