In Cindy's long career in healthcare, she has not only improved the lives of countless patients during her time as a bedside nurse, but she also sowed the seeds for future generations of nurses, many of whom now also practice at Heartland, as a nursing educator. Now sharing her gifts at Heartland Health Services, Cindy specializes in prescribing medication for treating individuals with mental health and alcohol use disorders. Cindy enjoys her work and strives to make a positive difference for her patients with an emphasis on patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and patient education.

Cindy also enjoys gardening, baking, and traveling in her spare time.
