Heather joined Heartland Health Services in 2025 and is a dedicated healthcare professional with a wealth of experience in nursing and patient care. She has built a diverse career across various nursing specialties, including obstetrics, pediatrics, diabetes care, and leadership. During her leadership tenure, Heather was honored as one of Central Illinois' 40 Leaders Under 40.
Recently, Heather has served as a professor in Bradley University's Nursing program, but she is eager to return to direct patient care in a clinical setting.
With a strong passion for both patient and family-centered care, Heather is committed to meeting patients where they are, ensuring they fully understand their diagnosis, and empowering them with the confidence to manage their health.
A lifelong resident of Central Illinois, Heather is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of two adult children and their significant others. She also cherishes time spent with her two grandchildren and enjoys traveling and bonding with her pack of long-haired dachshunds
